You have Stated Value: by writing your goals you have now revalued yourself in the eyes of God. You are now saying to God that what I have written is who I say I am and that you need him to guide your foot steps in your pursuit of the goals (increasing you value from the outside/in).

You have an Age Value: The longer you keep this certificate on your wall and in your sight, your subconscious mind adapts to the fact that these goals are the real you (increasing your value from the inside/out).
